Office Autopilot · Plating & finishing

AI for plating and finishing. Every callout caught before the rack.

Zinc, anodize, electroless nickel, passivation: every order carries a spec, a thickness, maybe masking and a bake. Office Autopilot reads it all, prices it and drafts the cert. Your team approves.

The details that decide whether a job ships.

Spec callouts

Finish specs, types and classes read by hand from drawings and POs.

Spec, type, class and thickness pulled out line by line and checked against the lines you run.

Missing details

Color, seal or masking left off the PO, and found out at the tank.

Gaps flagged at order entry, with a question to the customer drafted.

Pricing

Per-piece, per-pound or per-rack pricing figured from memory and old quotes.

A draft quote from your price rules and your closest past jobs.

Bake timing

Post-plate bake requirements tracked on paper.

Bake requirements flagged on the job, so the timing is planned instead of remembered.

Certs

Thickness readings copied into a certificate of conformance.

Certs drafted from your readings, waiting for a signature.

One plating order, start to finish.

What order intake does with a PO that arrives with the parts.

Where to start

Start with order intake: it's where missing callouts turn into rework.

Straight answers

Can it read our customers' drawings?
PDF drawings, POs and spec sheets, yes. Anything it can't read with confidence goes to a person with the original attached.
Does it know the specs?
It reads the callouts on the document and checks them against the specs you work to. Interpreting a spec stays with your people.
Does it work with our ERP?
If your ERP has an API, almost certainly. The connector is scoped in the audit and built on request, so you don't change systems.
Where does our data live?
On a server in your name, with your own AI model account. Nothing is used to train models, and you can switch us off without losing anything.

Bring last month's POs. We'll show you what Autopilot would have flagged.
