Office Autopilot · Heat treating

AI for heat treaters. Specs read, batches priced, certs drafted.

Every RFQ hides the same questions: which material, what hardness, how deep a case, how many pounds. Office Autopilot answers them, prices the batch and drafts the paperwork. Your metallurgist signs off.

The paperwork around every furnace load.

RFQs

Someone reads each drawing and PO for material, process, hardness and case depth, then retypes it.

Specs are pulled out line by line and checked against the processes your furnaces run.

Batch pricing

Pounds, cycle time, lot minimums and rush fees worked out in a spreadsheet.

A draft quote priced by weight and cycle from your own rate sheet, minimums included.

Spec gaps

Missing case-depth criteria or conflicting hardness callouts surface after the parts arrive.

Gaps and conflicts are flagged before you quote, with a question to the customer drafted.

Order entry

POs and packing slips retyped into the ERP when the parts hit the dock.

The PO arrives as a draft job with specs, weights and due date filled in.

Certs

Hardness readings copied from the lab into a cert template.

Certs drafted from your test data, waiting for a signature.

One RFQ, start to finish.

What the quoting module does with a request that lands overnight.

Where to start

Start with RFQ intake: it's where specs get lost and quotes get slow.

Your process menu

Carburizing, through-hardening, nitriding, annealing, stress relief: mapped to the furnaces and cycles you actually run.

Batch economics

Prices built from weight, load size and cycle time, with your minimums and rush rules.

Specs, not guesses

Hardness scales, case-depth criteria and material grades are read from the document, and flagged when they're missing.

Metallurgy stays human

Process choices and certs are proposed for your people to approve, never decided by the agent.

Built into the systems you already run.

Office Autopilot works through the official APIs of the systems you use. No new platform for your team to learn.

Straight answers

Can it read our customers' drawings?
PDF drawings, POs and spec sheets, yes. Anything it can't read with confidence goes to a person with the original attached.
Does it choose the process?
No. It proposes a process from your own rules and past jobs. Your metallurgist or quality lead approves it.
Does it work with our ERP?
If your ERP has an API, almost certainly. The connector is scoped in the audit and built on request, so you don't change systems.
Where does our data live?
On a server in your name, with your own AI model account. Nothing is used to train models, and you can switch us off without losing anything.
