Office Autopilot · Product 01

The back office, on autopilot.

AI agents that take over the repetitive office work of a manufacturing business, connected to your ERP, with a person approving anything that leaves the building.

  • Fixed quote per module
  • Built into your ERP
  • Your code, your server

Office Autopilot

Six modules. Start with one.

Each module does one job end to end, with a written approval line. Most offices start where the volume is highest.

Order intake

Reads orders that arrive as email, PDF or spreadsheet, matches the customer and every item number, and creates a draft order in your ERP.

Quote drafts

Turns an inquiry into a draft quote from your price lists, customer terms and past quotes, in your own template.

Supplier invoice matching

Reads supplier invoices, matches them against purchase orders and goods received, and flags differences in price or quantity.

Delivery-date answers

Answers “when will it ship?” from the order and stock data in your ERP, in the customer's language.

Confirmations and documents

Generates order confirmations and the documents customers ask for from your templates, and sends them from your own mailbox.

Weekly overview

A Monday summary of orders handled, open quotes, exceptions and time saved, posted where your team already works.

Audit, build, measure, hand over.

  1. Step 1 · Free

    Discovery call

30 minutes with the lead consultant. You describe the office work; we say honestly whether Autopilot fits.

  2. Step 2 · Quoted

    Process audit

On site, with the people who do the work. We count the volumes, map every handover and rank the modules by the hours they win back.

  3. Step 3 · Fixed quote

    Build one module

Built against your real documents and tested on last month's orders before it touches production. The quote states price and timeline before you sign.

  4. Step 4 · Measured

    Run and hand over

We measure against the audit's baseline, document everything and train the people who own it. Then the next module, if the numbers say so.

Built into the systems you already run.

Office Autopilot works through the official APIs of the systems you use. No new platform for your team to learn.

Connectors to ERPs with an API are scoped in the audit and built on request. Not on the list? Ask on the first call.

Straight answers

Does it work with our ERP?
If your ERP has an API, almost certainly. Business Central, NetSuite, Epicor and others are scoped in the audit and the connector is built on request, so you don't change systems.
What happens when the AI is unsure?
It stops and asks. Unmatched item numbers, prices that differ from the agreement and anything outside your rules go to a person, with the source document attached.
How long until the first module runs?
The audit takes days, not months. Most single-module builds are measured in weeks, and the fixed quote states the timeline before you sign.
Who owns it?
You do. The code, the server and the data are in your name, documented, and keep running if we part ways.

Bring one workflow. We will tell you if it should run itself.
