Is our data used to train anything?
No. The assistant is self-hosted on your own VPS, and nothing leaves it.
What if we want to cancel?
The monthly fee is month to month. No lock-in beyond the setup.
Do we need our own AI account?
Your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, AWS) or your existing ChatGPT subscription. We never mark up model cost.
Who fixes it if something breaks?
Our delivery team, on a direct channel you get at handover.
Can several people use it?
