Safe with your books.

Read-only on your books

The accounting connection reads invoices, customers, suppliers and accounts. It doesn't post entries.

You approve what goes out

Reminders, quotes and emails are drafted for approval until you decide otherwise.

Your server, your data

It runs on a server in your name, in the EU or the US. Nothing is used to train AI models.

No lock-in

The monthly fee runs month to month. The memory and the setup are yours to keep.

Straight answers

Does it work with our accounting system?
If it has an API, yes. The e-conomic connection runs in production today, with read access to invoices, customers, suppliers and accounts. QuickBooks and others are built on request.
What if we use a different system?
Any accounting, invoicing or shift system with an API can be connected. The connector is scoped with you and built on request.
I'm not technical. Who sets it up?
We do. You create a few accounts in your own name, and we walk you through every step before setup.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Anyone you add gets access through a personal login link.
What does it cost?
Every setup is quoted up front. We agree what it should do and which systems it connects to, then you get a fixed quote before anything is built. The monthly fee runs month to month, and you are live within 7 days of a signed agreement.

Watch it chase your overdue invoices. Live, on a demo business.
