Office Autopilot · Industrial distribution

AI for industrial distributors. Every line matched. Every customer answered.

Customer POs arrive with their part numbers, not yours, and quote requests run to hundreds of lines. Office Autopilot matches, prices and enters them. Inside sales handles the exceptions.

  • Fixed quote per module
  • Built into your ERP
  • Your code, your server

The inside sales work that never ends.

Order entry

POs keyed in line by line, translating customer part numbers by hand.

Lines matched to your items through the cross-reference you keep, entered as a draft order.

Quote requests

Long line lists priced one item at a time.

A draft quote with your price breaks and contract prices applied.

Stock and lead times

“Do you have it?” answered after a system lookup and a call to the warehouse.

Answered from your stock and supplier lead times.

Backorders

Customers chased by hand when a backorder date moves.

Updates drafted the moment a date changes.

Supplier invoices

Matched by hand against POs and receipts.

Matched automatically; only the differences reach a person.

One customer PO, start to finish.

What order intake does with a PO that arrives before your inside sales team does.

Where to start

Start with order entry: it's the highest volume and the easiest to measure.

Straight answers

What if a part number isn't in our cross-reference?
It suggests the closest items and routes the line to a person. Approved matches are added for next time.
Does it change prices?
No. It applies your price rules and contracts. Anything outside them goes to a person.
Does it work with our ERP?
If your ERP has an API, almost certainly. The connector is scoped in the audit and built on request, so you don't change systems.
Where does our data live?
On a server in your name, with your own AI model account. Nothing is used to train models, and you can switch us off without losing anything.

Bring last week's POs. We'll show you what Autopilot would have entered.
