Hetzner account
You own the server. We provision it with an API key you share securely and can revoke after setup.
AI subscription or key
Your ChatGPT subscription, or an API key: OpenAI, Anthropic, or enterprise Azure / AWS endpoints.
Composio account
The integration layer that connects your calendar, mail, CRM and tools to the assistant.
Resend account
Sends the magic-link login emails from your own domain.
A subdomain
One wildcard DNS record, e.g. *.assistant.yourcompany.com, pointed at your server.
A chat channel
Slack first; Teams, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Signal and email also work. Admin rights there to install the app.
Your user list
Names and email addresses for everyone who gets access via magic link.

Is our data used to train anything?
No. The pod is self-hosted on your own VPS and nothing leaves it.
What if we want to cancel?
The ops fee is month to month. No lock-in beyond the setup.
Do we need our own AI account?
Your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, AWS) or your existing ChatGPT subscription. We never mark up model cost.
Who fixes it if something breaks?
Our delivery team, on a direct channel you get at handover.
